v What is the basic concept of ‘SarvaDharma SamaBhava’?
Self Contemplation Course, SCC tells us if we take care of our breathing we may control thinking emerging in our mind. Then it depends on us which thinking we want to hold and which to set free.
SCC tells us how to express our own existence and how to maintain balance in our temporal and spiritual life.

Steps of SCC-I Basic course are as follows:

2. Asans (Exercises) for getting rid of diseases.
3. Postures.
4. Pran Vidya Experiment.
5. SWAWAGAHAN
i. Practicing self-strength awareness.
ii. Realisation of sakshi bhava
iii. Empowerment experiment for getting introduced by ones own curiosity.
iv. Experiment to establish the knowledge of our own form.
v. Selection of measures for emancipation from stubbornness of commitment.
