SWAWAGAHAN

‘SWAWAGAHAN’

The human body, constituted by thousand billion cells is more complicated than factories equipped with most complex machines. Every part and organ of the human body has its own peculiarity and speciality. You will see that the part of an eye is equal to a coin which comprises one crore twenty lacs Cones, seventy lacs Rod cells and ten lacs optic nerves which altogether carry the sight vision over to optical centre of the brain. In addition, it provides expression by recognizing the vision present in memory cell. Every moment, brain and eye are active for recognizing and observing the external world. By this action of seeing, we can recognize others and the outer world but an internal eye is required to recognize one’s own self. ‘SWAWAGAHAN’ is synonymous to introspection or sinking deep in your own self to recognize yourself.

‘Swawagahan’ is a vital part of life. This is based on ‘realism’, which puts environment, situation and matter before us in verisimilitude. There is a simple law- every action ensures reaction. If any object comes across our vision, naturally different kinds of thoughts related to the object emerge in our mind.

¾   Swawagahan regularizes our thoughts carrying us to our past and future and keeps forwarding the progress of thoughts related to our present.

¾   Through this Swawagahan, we learn to live in present getting rid of past and future. When we really acknowledge this action, we realize that how easy significant and mysterious this action is which inspires us to live in present, enthuses us and fills our heart with pleasure.

¾   Swawagahan helps us make up our ‘third eye’ putting aside the curtain of illusion and confusion to make us aware of another name for having a capability & observing the things as they really are.

¾   Swawagahan is such a path of goodness that takes us easily to our ultimate destination. This is spiritual stream of conscience. Swawagahan is a different name for perfect health removing all mental, physical maladies.

¾   Swawagahan is the names of extreme peace inherent in ones own self. Swawagahan is a specific way to achieve our well-being.

¾   Swawagahan is a peculiar technique to make our inner consciousness aware.

¾   In the course of struggle for existence, man becomes desperate, as he is the victim of favourable, unfavourable circumstances, excitement and imbalances. Under such situations, his discretion and inner consciousness fail. He gets completely surrounded by mental perversions. However, waking up of ones own consciousness and discretion in such a situation is called Swawagahan.

¾   Swawagahan is the ultimate remedy for human life; it is the true direction for life; an art that adorns human life. It is a serene stream of compassion. By practicing Swawagahan with ones own self, every one can achieve extreme peace and ecstasy of life.

¾   Swawagahan is a measure to make the life progressive and instill positive thinking.

¾   Swawagahan is the singular solution of the intricacies of life. This is a direction to enjoy pleasure, peace and purity. I believe that Swawagahan is that bridge of meditation, which purges away all the emotions, agonies, pains out of our mind and removes all our frustrations, tensions out of our mind.

¾   Swawagahan is clearly related to respiration, which is related to meditation. Meditation has its complete impact over our activities and personality.

¾   We all know that whenever we are dynamic, active, our pace of respiration remains different and when we are static, at peace, then it is different. Fury leads a different breathing pattern and compassion leads a different.

¾   When our mental being remains quite and calm, breathing is different because it is only our respiration, which connects our physical and spiritual existence as a bridge. Why so?

¾   This is a meditation, which maintains a balance in our respiration. Even science admits that if we do not breathe properly, only a few alveoli out of thousands function. It creates unrest, depression, tension etc. in our mind.

¾   If we adopt Swawagahan in our life, we can regularize our life through our own respiration only.
